The Movie that EVERYONE has been talking about - The Avengers

Since its release date, when I started seeing posts on Facebook about the Avengers post midnight session, about how the movie changed their life, healed their dogs broken leg and all the other random nonsense people post about on Facebook. I thought nothing of it until, I myself saw a trailer. It looked like a movie that I would pay to see; but whether or not I should drop everything and go see it was another question at the time. Watching the masses update their social feeds on the various networking sites available to us, and gush on about the wonderment of The Avengers, planted a seed, yes a seed, in my mind that wanted water and nourishment from the soon to be addiction that would rapidly corrupt and consume my already dense thought. Oh how I loathed my busy work and uni timetable, it limited my availably to fulfil the craving of The Avengers.

I eventually saw the highly praised movie. However, due to the hype that was created by the masses and the powerful recounts from my chums, the anticipation of the movie was a much more compelling experience than the movie itself. Don't get me wrong, it was a movie that I would most likely buy on DVD; but the craze that was The Avengers, and the weeks of anticipation was a more satisfying experience.

PEACE!
